"I just moved here about a year ago and I had never had to work with a mechanic outside of the family before. I had heard bad things about mechanics before, about how they can be impatient and rude and can scan you out of a lot of money or mis diagnose a problem or even create more. I went online and Harapat had great reviews, so I decided to go there. They were so friendly and didn't once mind me calling frequently to ask for updates on my car and they were quick to get it done. They were very friendly and professional and I would definitely take my vehicle to them again."

"We were traveling through Iowa City after an 800 mile road trip and broke down just 4 miles from home. Mark found time to work on our vehicle and spent extra time diagnosing everything that was wrong. He got us fixed up and on our way. Excellent service here and thorough...I cannot stress this enough! And as a bonus, very fair and reasonable pricing!!"

Awesome Service
"Yesterday, my truck broke down in the morning while I was out of town towing a trailer for work. The owner of Harapat Auto replaced the broken drive shaft in less than 30 minutes. This was after the local Dodge dealership I had previously stopped at told me they couldn’t get me in until that afternoon. Harapat Auto was there for me when I needed them. I recommend you go to them for any of your auto needs. I have never experienced such great customer service and if I am ever in Iowa City, Iowa again, I know where to go if I need anything."
