"Walked in hearing a rattling and not knowing what it was. Could have said anything. They told me it was just a loose piece and sent me on my way. Honest guys and they earned my trust right there. I will use them for all repairs here on out and would recommend them to anyone"

Awesome Service
"Yesterday, my truck broke down in the morning while I was out of town towing a trailer for work. The owner of Harapat Auto replaced the broken drive shaft in less than 30 minutes. This was after the local Dodge dealership I had previously stopped at told me they couldn’t get me in until that afternoon. Harapat Auto was there for me when I needed them. I recommend you go to them for any of your auto needs. I have never experienced such great customer service and if I am ever in Iowa City, Iowa again, I know where to go if I need anything."

"Reliable, dependable, honest and forthright people here. Call them, they will tell you exactly when they are available. They will check your car and tell you what you need and at what price and any options if possible. They will promise to call you when they are done and they will DO. Come in and find some humorous people at the desk in addition to a car that is fixed. If you drive out and you have a problem with the same thing they fixed, take it back in and they will fix. They give good advice on your car's future. Not sure what else you need. Be positive, give them the chance and they get their reasonable pay and you get your car! You can see I am in love with this place."
